I signed up for the free ebooks, but I have not received them.

If you have not received your content, there could be a few different reasons why:

Spam Filters - The email that included the download information for the free content could have been automatically deleted or sent to your spam/junk folder.

Incorrect Email Address - You could have accidentally mistyped your email address or registered under the wrong one.

If you have not received your email, please do the following:

First, make sure to add info@breakthroughbasketball.com to your email "safe list" so your upcoming newsletters are not deleted or blocked. You can also do this by adding info@breakthroughbasketball.com as a "friend" or "contact."

After you have done this, sign up for the free content again. If you have already signed up, it will give you an option to resend the ebooks.

I am having trouble downloading the ebook

1. Try restarting your computer & downloading from the link again.

2. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling Adobe Acrobat. Then install the latest version here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Adobe Acrobat Reader comes with an extensive "Help" file -if you have questions about how to operate the program --please open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, click "Help" and make the appropriate selection.

3. If that doesn't work, you may be experiencing Internet connectivity issues and you may want to call your local Internet Service Provider (ISP) to figure out the problem.

4. If that doesn't work, we may be experiencing Internet problems at BreakthoughBasketball.com, and you may want to try downloading the books at a different time.

Is there a hard copy of your book available?

We don't like reading e-books or long articles on the computer, so we formatted the e-book to print out as a "real" book. In fact, almost everyone that downloads the e-book prints a "hard copy" to read.

You can simply download the e-book, open it in Adobe, and then send it to your printer. After that, most people put the book in a binder.

If your printer is old and has poor print quality, then you can take the e-book to a friend or a local print shop. They can print it for a few dollars.

I can't print the e-book.

If you’re having problems printing, it’s usually the computer acting up rather than the e-book file. The following solutions should solve the problem:

1. Try restarting your computer and printer.

If that doesn't work....

2. Reinstall with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

If that doesn't work....

3. When you have the e-book open in Acrobat -- go to File, Click Print, then down in the middle where it says "Print Range" fill in Pages from with about 20 or 30 pages (example 45-75).

If that doesn't work....

4. Download the e-book on another computer and print from there. If you need us to resend the download link, sign up again here.

If none of this helps, let us know.

I downloaded a copy of the ebook but now I can't find it on my computer - what do I do?

When you originally downloaded the files you should have saved the ebook files to your "desktop".

If you did not, and if you cannot find them, the easiest thing to do is a search for them.

Click the Windows "Start" button >> then click "Search" >> then click "For Files or Folders".

Where it says "Search for files or folders named:" type in PDF

Make sure it says "Look in: 'Local Hard Drives'" on the pull down menu right below.

Click "Search Now"

Double click the correct file in the search results and the file should open in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Opening the ebook

Once you have downloaded the ebook to your computer's desktop (or whatever folder you saved it in) then simply double click the file and it should open in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If it does not open automatically in Adobe Acrobat Reader --then open Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking "Start" >> "Programs" >> "Adobe Acrobat" >> "Acrobat Reader"

Once you open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program click "File" >> "Open" >> then (if you save the file to your desktop) go to your desktop and open the file named "posguide.pdf"

This should open the ebook file in your Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Downloading & Using Adobe Acrobat Reader

If you need Adobe Acrobat Reader (or if you need to upgrade) you can download the Reader software / upgrade by going to

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Adobe Acrobat Reader comes with an extensive "Help" file -if you have questions about how to operate the program --please open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, click "Help" and make the appropriate selection.
