Shot Clock Situations - Chuck It Up or Take the Violation?

Recently, Coach John Carrier posted this survey question on Twitter.

An Offensive Action That Is Great for Any Offense - Put Some "Zoom" Into Your Offense

Here is a great offensive action that can be the foundation of your offensive approach...

Or simply used as a set play or quick-hitter within the realm of your offense

If you're looking for ways to create large gaps and a ton of indecision for the defense, the "Zoom Action" can do both! It can be used as a set play or infused into your motion offense.

A lot of NBA and college teams use the Zoom Action, but it is also easy to use from youth to high school levels...(Probably wouldn't use it with teams under 12 years old, though).

Simplified Princeton Offense - Beginner to Advanced Concepts

Check out what Coach Reggie Higashi from Elk Grove, CA said:

"Coach Aaron Jennings makes the Princeton Offense easy to teach and learn.

It really is a good offense against aggressive defensive teams that over play the passing lanes. It forces defenses to not cheat.

We have to work on our shooting from the 3 and perimeter but it forces us to fundamentally work on our passing, cutting, and screening to get good looks. I definitely recommend this program and offense."

Coach Jennings also does a great job of layering the offense. He does so in a way that makes it easy for you to advance from beginner to advanced.

While Coach Jennings uses this at the college level, high school teams can implement it as well.

While we personally don't recommend this offense for youth teams, Coach Jennings has simplified it for youth teams that he coached as well.
