I'm intrigued by the concept of having a life coach, and I feel like I could benefit from having some coaching, but I'm not sure exactly what life coaching is like in actual practice. If you've ever hired a life coach, either once or for a while, what was it like? What kind of schedule did you meet on? What did you do in the meetings? Were you happy with the results? Has anyone ever had some bad experiences with life coaches? I assume there must be good and bad ones, so what red flags might be good to pay attention to? |
