Camp Support Specialist


We are currently looking for a Camp Support Specialist intern to work 10-20 hours/week. This person will be a link between Breakthrough Basketball and our existing and potential customers as they go through the process of researching, registering, and paying for our camps. This will include answering questions, recommending solutions, and guiding them through the process via phone, email, and live chat. The Camp Support Specialist will also provide support to company management by pulling reports, sending internal and external camp and coach's emails, and other administrative duties as assigned. Must be able to work some nights and weekends during the spring and summer months.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely, accurate manner, via phone, email or live chat
  • Identify customer needs and help resolve them
  • Run and organize reports to send to managers and coaches
  • Send individual camp emails to coaches and volunteers including regular follow-ups as needed
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Take payments via phone and process refunds as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Proficient using Google Docs, Google Sheets, & Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Self motivated and well-organized
  • Must be able to work some nights and weekends

Compensation: $12-$15/hour depending on experience and location
