Cameron Hunter Camps

Lead Instructor - Cameron Hunter



Cameron Hunter was a three year starter and two year captain at Olathe East High School. He helped lead the Hawks to a three state appearances including placing 4th his junior year and 3rd his senior year. He received honorable mention and beat the single season assist record his senior year.

He went on to play at North Dakota State University (D1). He redshirted his freshman year and used that time to study and learn the game at a high level. His sophomore through senior year, he made two NCAA appearances and won two league titles. He was named Newcomer of the Year his sophomore year and honorable mention his senior year.

He then attended University of Central Missouri (D2) where he played two years and brought the program back to the conference tournament both years and also earned honorable mention. He graduated with a Communications Degree and a Psychology and Sociology minor.

Cameron has been with Breakthrough Basketball as assistant coach for over four years before earning the much deserved title of Lead Clinician. He has been taught and mentored by some of the best coaches in the world while also traveling and being able to help hundreds of kids be the best person and player they can be.
