As a retired employment and training specialist, what I appreciated most about your camp is that it provides a strong work ethic environment. This is especially true in how the camp is provided. Kids learn what it means to put in a six-hour day in which they must participate in a mutual expectations situation. This is skill development that will carry far beyond youth athletics and will be essential to them as adults entering the workforce.
My favorite part about camp was that it was challenging and the kids were constantly working. Nothing was done just to kill time. Every activity had a purpose.
